Went on a 2.5 mile run today (: i feel great! i need to keep reminding myself that the after feeling of running is so amazing and worth it, i have so much extra energy! Anyways todays been a good day! I had 2 scrambled eggs for breakfast a glass of iced tea, and half of a protein bar. Yum! Im proud of myself Ive been eating super healthy for the past week, now i just gotta keep it up (: Got my post workout snack, ice water! ooo (:

All this thinspo ration motivates me but it’s so hard! My goal is to lose about 20 pounds! I feel like its never gonna happen but I’m starting tomorow. I currently weight 130, and I want to weigh 110. I’m 5’5 and have wanted this for so long, but I lack willpower ): not anymore though ! I’m on the road to skinny! Summer here I come!
